PREMIUM LISTS FOR THE REGIONAL, NATIONAL AND TESTS SHOULD BE ON LINE BY MAY 15, 2010 . As they are accessable on the internet we will not be mailing premium lists. No need to kill another tree when you can access on line at http://www.thedogshow.ca/UpcomingEvents.aspx. Location change for the Regional Specialty conformation. Due to some problems with getting onto Spruce Meadows on the Wednesday, the Regional Specialty show will be held in the ball room of the show hotel. This is conformation only. The remaining obedience and conformation events on July 29, 30 31 August 1 and 2nd will take place at Spruce Meadows. CAMPING - Access to Spruce Meadows is not available until Wednesday late afternoon. these spots are first paid for best spot so pay very close attention to the AKC website and the info coming up. Send your booking and payment right away, do your entries later if need be but do not put this off. These sites are not serviced. If you wish a serviced site, you must book through Spruce Meadows Directly and the cost is 400.00 for the week. RESERVED BENCHING - Indoor benching is available on a limited basis, there are 76 reserved spots only. They are in Barn K which is close to the rings and dog wash area. The Obedience and Rally obedience will be done in this building as well. These must be done on the AKC website go to shows and trials and look at their premium list for the info. Benching is 50.00 for the weekend and provides a 10x 10 spot with power. Again, dont put this off pay and book and do your entries later if you need to. Tents are also available. They will be located in tent town, not at ring side and no tents will be allowed at ring side. Cost of the tents are as follows: 10 x 10 261.00 plus gst 10 x 20 310.00 plus GST 20 x 20 418.00 plus GST. We have a list started to share and depending on how many people we may end up with one large tent and again limit to 10x10 space but it would be less expensive the more people who take advantage of it. if you wish to be added to the list, drop me an email at graingej@telus.net.
